Camp Brule

"A Gaspe Gem" - Fly Fisherman Magazine

Camp Brule was established in 1883 as the home of the Little Cascapedia Salmon Club making it one of North America’s oldest fishing lodge’s. Today, we welcome guests from all over the world to share in the bucolic ambience and warm hospitality of our lodge overlooking the beautiful Petite Cascapedia river.

Camp Brule offers an array of flexible packages from simple bed and breakfast for those fishing on public waters through to all inclusive weekly packages fishing with our guides on our own private waters on the Petite and Grand Cascapedia rivers. During the non fishing season we also offer hospitality to hunters, snowmobilers and other visitors.

Camp Brule offers anglers access to private pools on the Petite and Grand Cascapedia rivers. In addition we also guide anglers on the government owned sectors of three famous Gaspe salmon rivers, the Petite Cascapedia, Grand Cascapedia and Bonaventure. All three rivers offer exceptional opportunities to swing wet flies or sight fish dry flies for some of the largest Atlantic Salmon in North America. The crystal clear waters, majestic vistas and abundant wildlife of the Gaspe are world renowned. We make it our business to give you an exceptional experience whether you are fishing with our own guides or with any of the many talented independent fishing guides in our region.

Camp Brule sits on a rock bluff overlooking the glistening waters of one of the worlds prettiest salmon rivers in the middle of 130 acres of rolling pasture and woodland. Nature provides the perfect soundtrack for our serene fishing retreat while inside the lodge we offer a warm, rustic place to eat and rest well. Our small staff is on hand to make sure you have all you require to enjoy your time on the Gaspe.
